Harbert Retail Represents Seller in Downtown Birmingham Office Building Sale

An out-of-state investor has made another big Birmingham buy. Sixty West Funds, a commercial real estate investment firm based in Dexter, Missouri, and its affiliate Land Title Building LLC acquired 600 20th St. N. for $3.3 million, or about $106.45 per square foot.
