Harbert Retail brokers, Casey Howard and Charlie Norton, represented CW Capital, the Landlord of the former Gander Mountain in Opelika, Alabama, in a deal with America’s Thrift Stores for +/- 52,000 SF of space. Founded in 1984, America’s Thrift Stores is a for profit company that supports numerous children’s health and addiction recovery charities.
Located at 1640 Parker Way, Opelika, AL, America’s Thrift Stores’ new location will be positioned near Tiger Town, the largest retail center in the Auburn-Opelika area.
Howard and Norton also represented CW Capital in a deal with Crunch Fitness in 2018, where the fitness company leased a +/- 42,000 SF former Gander Mountain in Tuscaloosa, Alabama on McFarland Blvd.
