Dolly Ridge Development in partnership with Harbert Realty Services is developing the Parkside on Dolly Ridge project in Cahaba Heights. Parkside on Dolly Ridge is a 14,935 square foot, two level-mixed use project adjacent to the Cahaba Heights Elementary and the newly constructed Cahaba Heights Athletic Fields.
We are pleased to announce that Grandview Medical Group Primary Care will be the lead tenant to kick off the project.
Start of construction for Parkside on Dolly Ridge is scheduled for July ’21. The targeted opening date for Grandview Medical Group Primary Care is May 1, 2022.
Thom Hickman, owner of Dolly Ridge Development acquired the site in 2019. Thom joined Harbert Realty Services as Vice President of Development in March 2020 and has been working in partnership with the Harbert Realty team on the development and leasing of the Parkside on Dolly Ridge project.
