Harbert’s Casey Howard and Lacey Scott represented the landlord in a 23,910 SF deal bringing Synovis MCA (SYNOVIS MICRO COMPANIES ALLIANCE, INC.) to 801 Tom Martin Drive, Birmingham, Alabama. Tripp Alexander and Joe Azar with Colliers represented the tenant. The property is now 100% leased.

Synovis MCA will be joining other recently signed tenants at the property including a State of Alabama Department and Kratos SRE, an advanced concept group within the Defense & Rocket Support Services (KDRSS) Division of Kratos Defense & Security Systems, Inc.
