Harbert Retail’s Casey Howard and Lacey Scott represented the Landlord of Shops on Montevallo in a deal bringing H&R Block to the center. H&R Block will occupy 1,200 SF at the center which is located at 4500 Montevallo Road in Birmingham’s bustling Crestline Gardens neighborhood. Other tenants at the center include Planet Fitness, Pizza Hut, Ace Hardware, Subway and more.
