Harbert Retail’s Casey Howard represented the Maryland-based owner of 361 Palisades Blvd – BECO Investments, LLC – in the sale of the former stand-alone Popeyes to Stivers Realty, LLC. The 2,000 SF/0.63 AC property was purchased for $1.425 million. Stiver’s Ford relocated its previous downtown location to the former Virginia College campus at the Palisades shopping center just across the street from the site in early 2024. The property is located along a busy retail corridor along Oxmoor Road/Palisades Blvd with key businesses including Chase Bank, Publix, Ace Hardware, Taco Bell, Gutherie’s, Floor and Décor, Walmart Neighborhood Market and more.
