The the former Golden Corral property, located at 101 Cahaba Valley Parkway East, Pelham, AL, has sold. The property consists of ±2.5 acres and a ±10,600 SF restaurant space. Harbert Retail Vice President Casey Howard represented the seller, Golden Corral Corporation, in the transaction. Tripp Alexander and Joe Azar with Colliers International represented the buyer. The terms of the deal were undisclosed.
