Print Promotions Group LLC is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Encompass Health Corporation (NYSE: EHC), a $7.5 Billion NYSE-listed corporation. PPG has also just recently invested over $1M in the property. National credit-backed NNN medical investments have increased in demand since the beginning of Covid as buyers and lenders have seen these assets maintain steady returns.”
