Harbert Retail’s Casey Howard represented Metropolitan Properties, the landlord of Heights Village Shopping Center, in a deal bringing The Smocking Bird to Heights Village in Cahaba Heights. The Smocking Bird will occupy 1,500 SF at the center.
The Smocking Bird specializes in a large selection of designer fabrics as well as quality sewing machine sales and service. Sewing classes are also available.
