Encore Rehabilitation will open a new location at Leeds Village, located at 8525 Whitfield Avenue, Leeds, AL 35094. Harbert Retail’s Casey Howard and Lacey Scott represented both the landlord of Leeds Village and Encore Rehabilitation in a deal bringing the therapy provider to the center. Encore Rehabilitation will occupy a 3,850 SF space with nearby retailers including Walmart, Gamestop, Great Clips, Western Union and more.
