Harbert Retail’s Casey Howard and Lacey Scott represented the seller in the sale transaction of two Popeye’s restaurants in the Birmingham metro. The properties were purchased by Georgia based investment group, Bessemer Management, Inc, for an undisclosed amount. The first property is ±1,700 SF and is located at 930 9th Avenue North in Bessemer, AL. The second property is ±2,150 SF and is located 4020 Messer Airport Highway in Birmingham, AL. Both sites are situated along high traffic corridors.
