Harbert Retail Brokers, Casey Howard and Lacey Scott, represented the Landlord of Green Springs Shopping Center in a deal with Furniture Masters for 5,000 SF of retail space. Furniture Masters is a local Birmingham furniture store with an existing location in Midfield, AL. Howard stated, “The Green Springs corridor continues to see increased activity, even through this changing Covid environment we’re experiencing. Being anchored by Aldi and across the street from Publix, our Green Springs Shopping Center has seen a boost in both traffic and revenues and we’re very encouraged by the strong interest from businesses desiring to lease space here. This center also sits only 5 miles from Downtown Birmingham and remains a heavily-trafficked commuter route for many as it also has easy access to I-65.”
Located at 430 Green Springs Highway, Green Springs Center is home to Aldi, Acapulco Grill, Stir Crazy, Domino’s Pizza, Seol Korean Restaurant, Infinity Medi-Spa and several other retailers. Only 1,636-3,66 SF remain available at the center.
