Harbert Retail Represents Landlord in Deal Bringing BenchMark Physical Therapy to Bluff Park Center

Harbert Retail Vice President, Casey Howard, represented the Landlord, Shades Mountain, LLC, in a deal bringing BenchMark Physical Therapy to Shades Mountain Plaza, located in the heart of Bluff Park at 771 Shades Mountain Plaza, Hoover, Alabama. Benchmark Physical Therapy will occupy 1,980 SF at the center and will be joining the Joyful Food Company, Baker’s Famous Pizza and Wings Plus.
