Saw’s BBQ is opening a new 3,300 SF location at 3780 Riverchase Village, Suite 100 along the Highway 31 corridor in Hoover. The restaurant is set to open this fall.
Franchisee Neil Patel will have 20 to 25 employees in the new location, which will seat up to 100 people and include outdoor seating for 12 to 15 patrons.
Harbert Retail’s Thom Hickman represented the tenant in the deal. “I am very happy to have represented Neil Patel as the newest Saw’s BBQ franchisee for the location in Hoover,” stated Hickman. “Saw’s BBQ will be a great addition to the Hoover dining scene. Neil’s experience in food service and Saw’s BBQ will be a winning combination.”
