Harbert Retail Represents Landlord in Deal with ATI Physical Therapy in Alabaster

Harbert Retail announces ATI Physical Therapy as a new tenant at Alabaster Landing, a ±9,600 SF retail center located on Highway 31 in Alabaster, Alabama. ATI Physical Therapy leased the final available space at the center and will occupy 2,200 SF. The now 100% leased center is also home to Jimmy John’s, Pizza Hut, Planet Smoothie and Taziki’s. Harbert Realty Services was the developer for the center in partnership with Fairway Investments.

Harbert Retail’s Vice President, Casey Howard, represented the Landlord. Southpace represented the tenant.   Howard stated, “Alabaster Landing has been a great retail development with a strong location that sits adjacent to Shelby Baptist Medical Center (with over 250 beds, 1,000 employees, and 50,000 ER visits/year) and faces Highway 31 in the heart of Alabaster, a city of over 36,000 people and growing. Our tenants continue to have strong growth/sales and we couldn’t be happier with the success of this development and ATI Physical Therapy was the perfect tenant to complement the existing tenant mix for the center.”
